Current Workout Schedule April/May
The workout schedule consists of (4) 20 minute workouts plus a restorative day!
**OPTIONAL: In addition to the 20 minute workouts you may choose to add on the Fast Focus workouts. The Fast Focus workouts are designed to focus on a specific muscle group/groups. These workouts are 3 sets of each exercise aiming to push harder and heavier each set. Rest as needed.
