You will need to print 4 copies total to keep track of your workouts for the month. After printing write the name of each workout on the top
The advanced workout schedule consists of the same 20 minute workouts as the beginner schedule but has the addition of the Fast Focus workouts. The Fast Focus workouts are designed to focus on a specific muscle group/groups. These workouts are 3 sets of each exercise aiming to push harder and heavier each set. Rest as needed.
