**OPTIONAL: In addition to the RSM 20 minute workouts you may choose to add on the Fast Focus workouts. The Fast Focus workouts are designed to focus on a specific muscle group/groups. These workouts are 3 sets of each exercise aiming to push harder and heavier each set. Rest as needed.
