We will have a weekly mindful theme and that will be our focus at our LIVE chat. I will also share a tool each week to help you focus in this area.

March book club — I will be reading Jen Sincero’s You are a Badass. Chapters will be read LIVE and then put into the GUIDES section of the FB group.
ZOOMS for FUN! We will have a couple super casual ZOOMS where we hang out and chat and enjoy each others company — come to meet some of our awesome mamas and leave with friends!
Group Goal Setting Zooms — held at the beginning and middle of each month.
Group Zoom Coaching — a chance for you to pop in work through a struggle with me or chat about an individual question — twice a month.
