This is a 5 week club month running from May 23rd to June 26th.
Week 1: Normal club week
5/23 to 5/29: Ease into the beginning of June with all NEW workouts and an opportunity to take it easy before we RESET next week and get ready to challenge the BASICS.
Weeks 2 : Normal club week + 3 day RESET
Weeks 3-5: #challengethebasics in the club only
6/6 to 6/26: Summer is HERE and its the perfect time to RESET and feel STRONG heading into a new season! We are going to take THREE WHOLE WEEKS to challenge the BASICS.
We will spend this time challenging and showing up for the simple & doable BASICS in our REAL life — creating new routines and habits as we transition into these awesome Summer months!

Group Goal Setting Zooms — held at the beginning and middle of each month.
Group Zoom Coaching — a chance for you to pop in work through a struggle with me or chat about an individual question — 3 times a month on Monday at a time thats best for you!
