May Monthly Focus


Each month we will have a main focus to help us create and maintain a STRONG lifestyle .

May 2020 in the club:

Club Calendar & Events:

This club month is 5 weeks long running from May 4th – June 7th.

We will start the month STRONG with 5 LIVE Workouts in week 1 so that you have access to the replay of each workout moving forward. 

After week 1 the LIVE workouts will be 2 mornings a week with a few random evening/weekend workouts. 

We will continue to have 1 or 2 ZOOM chats a week that are a fun way for us to connect.

Our LIVE club chats + Q&A will be Tuesdays at either 2:00 pm CST or 7:00 pm CST.

This months EXTRA Fitness TASK is the #WalkADay Challenge:

is a challenge designed to encourage us to get outside and walk daily PLUS push us to increase the distance we are walking throughout the month. At the end of the month we are ALL going to participate in a virtual 5k race!!! More info on The #RealStrongRace coming soon!

is a challenge designed to support us while we focus on the BASICS of our REAL Strong nutrition.
